Chinese carburetor and fuel injection manufacturer YOUALL is the youngest company to join the project where young Italians Enea Bastianini and Fabio di Giannantonio will drive the GP21-based Desmosedicis.

“We’ve had a partnership with YOUALL for four years on our Moto3 project, and when the move to the premier class became available, they were among the first to take it on,” said Carlo Merlini, Commercial and Marketing Director of Gresini Racing.

The MotoGP Flex-Box Gresini project marks a fresh start for the Italian team as it returns to fully independent status as Aprilia’s factory entry after the last seven seasons.

The team won 14 races between 2002 and 2006 and was runner-up three times, with Sete Gibernau (2003 and 2004) and Marco Melandri (2005).
