Lewis Hamilton rode Valentino Rossi’s 2019 Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP YZR-M1, which he had ridden at the same track just weeks earlier. Meanwhile, Rossi was behind the wheel of the Mercedes-AMG F1 W08 EQ Power +, with which Hamilton drove to the 2017 Formula 1 world championship title
Commenting on the wonderful experience, The Doctor said, “I used to be a huge Lewis fan, but now I am even more so. We had a fantastic day when the two top classes in motorsport not only met, but also worked together. I felt like a real F1 driver for a day. I didn’t want the day to end.
Excited Hamilton also commented on the dream day: “It’s so great to see a legend like Valentino in the car. I’m happy for him to discover the car for the first time.
“Reminds me of my first time in an F1 car. When you see the whole team around you, it’s just a different animal. It was so cool to be on the track and see Valentino on the same bike in front of me. “

“He had only ridden a motorcycle eight times before getting on a MotoGP bike, so I don’t think it hurt him,” added Meregalli.
