2021 Husqvarna TC65 Totalmotorcycle.com Features and Benefits

Full-size performance
engine

With the latest 2-stroke technology, the TC 65 is extremely competitive in the 65 cm3 class. Not only does the engine use the lightest and most durable materials, it also has a pressure-controlled exhaust valve that helps ensure maximum performance. In addition, the engine has a manual 6-speed gearbox and a hydraulic clutch so that the driver has full control over the power output.

cylinder

The high performance cylinder is made of lightweight and durable aluminum and has a pressure controlled exhaust valve (PCEV) that offers unmatched performance and gives the young motocross rider a distinct advantage.

coupling

The reliable and lightweight hydraulic clutch system guarantees even wear, almost maintenance-free operation and perfect modulation under all conditions. This means that the play is constantly compensated so that the pressure point and the function of the clutch remain identical both under cold or hot conditions and over time.

State-of-the-art chassis
frame

The high-strength chrome-molybdenum steel frame integrates carefully calculated parameters for longitudinal flex and torsional stiffness to improve handling and suspension functionality. It guarantees easy handling and precise cornering as well as excellent stability. The subframe is connected to the frame with 4 screws and is made of lightweight aluminum.

WP XACT front suspension

The TC 65 is equipped with the latest suspension technology and equipped with a revolutionary WP AER 35 fork. The 35mm USD forks are not only very light, but also feature exceptional cushioning and comfort properties that allow the rider to push the limit with complete confidence. With a bike path of 215 mm, the air unit in the left fork leg can also be easily adapted to the preferences of the rider, the weight or the route conditions using an air pump.

WP PDS rear shock absorber

The WP monoshock is directly connected to the swing arm and perfectly matched to the front forks to achieve perfect balance and damping properties. In addition, the rear shock has 270mm of travel and is fully adjustable so it can be tailored to the rider’s preferences or track conditions.

Brakes

The TC 65 features the same technology as the full-size Motocross range and is equipped with hydraulically operated brake calipers and large corrugated brake discs front (198mm) and rear (160mm). The system provides an improved braking feel and braking performance in all conditions.

Premium quality standard
body

The body of the TC 65 has been specially modeled for smaller drivers to experience the ideal contact points and ergonomic feel that conveys confidence and comfort in all driving conditions.

Handlebars

The handlebar made of high-quality aluminum alloy offers maximum stability and safety. In addition, a special handlebar bend is created to provide the best ergonomic position. A crash pad on the handlebar post protects the driver from bumps.

bikes

The TC 65 reflects the full size motocross range and uses lightweight, black anodized aluminum rims that offer the highest levels of strength and reliability. The standard MAXXIS tires offer progressive grip in a variety of different terrains.

cooling

An intelligent cooling circuit with integrated crankcase cooling and two radiators ensures heat dissipation, which leads to constant temperature compensation for consistently high performance.
