Borgo Panigale (Bologna, Italy) – From May 21, the Ducati Museum will reopen its doors on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Ducati is preparing to welcome the audience again, starting in the halls of its museum, one of the most famous places for all fans of two-wheelers and motorsport in general.

In the months of the closure due to the pandemic, Ducati extended the digitization process to the Ducati Museum and expanded the digital offer of the Borgo Panigale Experience with the “Ducati Museum Online Journey”. Real guided tours on PC, tablet or Smart TV, accompanied virtually by the museum’s expert guides to discover – even from a distance – the place where the Italian motorcycle manufacturer shares its essence and history with all fans. The “Ducati Museum Online Journey” remains available to everyone who cannot yet visit Borgo Panigale in Italy.

From May 22nd, the digital Borgo Panigale Experience will be enhanced with the “Ducati Factory Online Journey”. The fascinating guided tours of the Ducati factory, which is currently suspended for reasons related to Covid, can be experienced remotely by booking the online guided tour of the production areas of the Ducati factory.

During the tour, users are accompanied by a guide who shows where and how Ducati motorcycles take shape, through the machining department, engine assembly and vehicle assembly lines to tests and deliveries. A unique experience for all motorcycle and mechanical engineering enthusiasts.

Both for the online journey in the factory and for the one in the Ducati Museum, there is the option of asking the guide questions via the questions and answers area of ​​the platform. The program and tickets for the digital Borgo Panigale Experience (Ducati Museum and Ducati Factory Online Journey) are available on the ticketing platform.

A personal visit to the Ducati Museum is only possible on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. by appointment only; Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The ticket must be purchased online on the dedicated website.

To ensure the health and safety of visitors and workers, access to the building will be made with a limited number of entrances. In order to enter the plant and during the entire stay within the company premises, visitors must comply with the rules set by the internal Covid-19 Task Force, which are also described on the admission tickets.
