For seven days, Marc Márquez’s motorcycle traveled some of the most emblematic places along the famous Camino de Santiago. The Castillo de los Templarios, O Cebreiro, Portomarín and the Plaza Obradoiro in Santiago de Compostela were some of the stops for the eight-time world champion’s Honda.
Together with the Regional Council of Xunta de Galicia, Repsol sponsored this initiative so that motorcycle fans can photograph, observe and enjoy an exclusive attraction in a unique setting. On Wednesday, the Repsol Honda Team RC213V arrived at Plaza Obradoiro in Santiago to receive the famous Concha del Peregrino.
This marks the end of a very special journey for Márquez’s motorcycle as preparations for the second half of the MotoGP season begin.
