Yamaha Motor India has announced the launch of a new version of their existing FZ 25 motorcycle, the Yamaha FZ 25 MotoGP Edition, which will be offered at a price of Rs 1.36 lakh (ex showroom, Delhi). According to the Japanese automaker, the Yamaha FZ 25 MotoGP Edition is a limited edition model and the company is working to produce more such Monster Energy MotoGP Limited Editions of its other models in the future.

The Yamaha FZ 25 Monster Energy MotoGP Edition was launched as part of the Yamaha initiative “The Call of the Blue” and features the Yamaha Moto GP branding on the fuel tank caps, fuel tank and side panels, which outlines the racing background . The FZ 25 model still retains the same BS VI compliant air-cooled 249 cc SOHC four-stroke single-cylinder engine, which has a maximum output of 20.8 hp at 8000 rpm and a maximum torque of 20.1 Nm at 6000 RPM generates RPM.
