A year that promises to be revolutionary. No longer a single bike, but that PR racing team has decided to double its involvement on the track to celebrate its 20th anniversary of participation in the BSB. In the 2021 British Superbike Championship the team led by John Jameson will use the confirmed Joe Francis, who promotes the young Brad Jones, two-time British SS600 runner-up between 2019 and 2020. Both will receive the brand new BMW M1000RR as a dowry.

Confirmation for Joe Francis

After a season in which he improved his performance, Joe Francis will continue his relationship with PR Racing after making his debut in late 2018. It will be an important year for the British Motostars Moto3 champion from 2013, as he now has the new model from the Munich manufacturer.

“This is a fantastic opportunity to build on the consistent development of myself and the team over the past two years – declared Francis – Towards the end of the 2020 season, we really stepped on the gas and closed the gap and ran with the leading pack. I can’t wait to swing my leg over the new bike and start testing. “

Debut for Brad Jones

For Brad Jones it will be his full British debut. The young 22 year old has been a great protagonist in the British SS600 on the Tysers Yamaha YZF-R6 for the past two years and found two tough teammates like Jack Kennedy and Rory Skinner along the way. Although he “only” took second place in 2019 and 2020, these achievements have now earned him promotion to BSB in PR Racing.

“I’m really excited to get started – Jones said – I know I have a lot to learn, but it’s all part of the process. The anticipation for 2021 is really great and I’m getting my first taste of the superbike. At this stage in my career, it’s a great opportunity for me to get into superbikes and benefit from the entire experience of the team. “
