Pecco Bagnaia criticizes tire: “In a championship like this, every part has to be first class”

After finishing second in qualifying at Silverstone yesterday, Francesco Bagnaia had a race to forget and ended up in a distant 14th place, which earned her a lot of criticism of the tires, even suggesting that the tire manager fell short of the quality of other components will come.

“It’s very clear that something didn’t work today because my pace was very strong all weekend and I got out with used tires and was three seconds faster. I don’t know what happened but we have to look at the data and speak to Michelin but I think in a championship like this where we are at the top of motorcycling, everyone has to be part of a bike and work the top ‘For me’, the Italian began, who then set a good example for other drivers who had problems:

– I can’t talk about the other drivers, but I think our team was fine with that end of everything. Maybe we had a different casing and more problems in Austria, but not this weekend. I can only say that Jack [Miller] had big difficulties in qualifying yesterday [saturday] and i have today [sunday]. I also saw that Vale[ntino Rossi] also had problems … I don’t know exactly. We have to talk to Michelin and try to understand what is going well.
