Revolt Motors has named Jenender Anand as chief executive officer of Auto News, ET Auto

He will be responsible for aligning the retail business growth at the market level and aligning it with company goals while providing consistent service and support to the company.New Delhi: The electric two-wheeler manufacturer Revolt Motors announced on Thursday the appointment of Jenender Anand as the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with effect from September 1, 2021.

According to the EV maker backed by RattanIndia, Anand will manage the overall operations with a strategy to improve its performance and overall growth. He will be responsible for aligning the retail business growth at the market level and aligning it with company goals while providing consistent service and support to the company

Rahul Sharma, founder of Revolt Motors, said, “As Revolt Motors deepens and expands its manufacturing capabilities, product portfolio and customer base in the country, Jenender’s experience will be very valuable to our company.”

Anand brings more than 30 years of experience to global companies in the automotive and consumer goods sectors. He has significant experience working with various stakeholders on a global basis and in the Asia-Pacific region, the company said.

Prior to joining Revolt, he led Shriram Pistons and Rings as Executive Director. Prior to that, he held executive positions at ExxonMobil, MRF and Goodyear.

Revolt, which started operations in 2019, is offering two models of electric cars in India.
