This year, too, drivers will not have many opportunities to test – one test day is planned today in Jerez and another in Barcelona on the Monday after the race. For Marc Marquez, above all, it’s an opportunity to try out all of the new material that Honda brought with them over the course of last season and at the beginning of this season, as he’s been out of action for a long time.
So Marc is testing a new fairing in Jerez, the concept of which is similar to that of Yamaha, which Stefan Bradl made his debut in the Qatar Tests. It was a brief experiment, then this particular version of the aerodynamic package was temporarily discontinued.
