Valentino Rossi news

Valentino Rossi will start eighth on the grid at Qatar’s Losail International Circuit.

The seven-time MotoGP champion was 0.709 seconds off the pace of Johann Zarco.

Rossi doesn’t seem to have been too badly affected by having to start a third of the way down the grid.

The Italian has posted a couple of pictures from practice on his official Instagram account this morning.
