Fabio Quartararo isn’t worried about the possibility of Yamaha not having a satellite team in the (near) future

One of the possible changes to MotoGP in 2023 is WithU RNF MotoGP leaving Yamaha, becoming an Aprilia satellite team – which could leave the japanese manufacturer reduced to its factory team and two riders. For Fabio Quartararo, it wouldn’t be a problem.

In a press conference, the reigning champion was asked what it would mean for him to have only one Yamaha team if he stayed next year. Quartararo assured that it would not be a problem for him:

– If I stay here next year, I think at the moment if there are only two bikes it won’t be a real problem because we have some difficulties comparing data with the second team. So for me it wouldn’t be a problem.
