Jack Miller attacks Casey Stoner’s ‘succession’ to end 15 year almost

Jack Miller is completing his second MotoGP season at Ducati this year. After the manufacturers’ and teams’ titles in 2021, the italian giant now wants to add the riders’ title won for the last time precisely 15 years ago – at the time by Casey Stoner – Miller’s australian compatriot.

With a year of experience at Borgo Panigale, Miller now has everything he needs on his side when it comes to the team’s work and knowledge to attack the title. And while #43 doesn’t speak of goals at launch at the time, he was confident of being on a better level stating:

– The Championship is finally about to start, and I feel ready more than ever to face this new season. Having another year of experience in MotoGP under my belt definitely makes me feel stronger, and I feel I have improved a lot, both physically and mentally, compared to 2021.

About his stay at Ducati, Miller commented: ‘It will be my second year with the Ducati Lenovo Team, a group of people who are really passionate about Motorsports, and I feel lucky to be part of it. Being a factory Ducati rider is a source of pride, and it means having the support of many fans, not only in Italy but also all over the world. I can’t wait for March and be able to head out on track for the first race of the year in Qatar!’.
