Jorge Martin thunders against Ducati
During the extraordinary press conference, organized by MotoGP, Jorge Martin did not hide: “I am a little disappointed by Ducati’s decision. Bastianini deserves it, he won three races and it was incredible. It was certainly a difficult decision. I did my best for what Ducati asked of me. However, I have an excellent contract, I am very happy, I hope to make history with Pramac, that is to win the World Championship in 2023. I hope to have the same support from Bastianini and Bagnaia to fight on an equal footing”.
“This duel created in the media between me and Bastianini didn’t do us any good. I suffered a bit, so it’s hard to give 100% for a driver, but I know that’s how the sport works. Ducati towards me. I talked to other factory teams, I thought about changing, but I think I have a lot to prove in Ducati Pramac, so I’m happy to stay in this team for another season, then we’ll see. “
