Triple Crown is the finish line in Valencia at the end of the season

The Repsol Honda Team has only one goal to achieve in an incredible 2019 season: to win the Team Championships and complete the Triple Crown.

The Repsol Honda Team leaves the high heat and humidity of Malaysia behind and reaches the tight Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia with the aim of ending the season on a high point. After the Repsol Honda Team (430) was on the first two steps of the podium in all but one race this year, only two points separate the Ducati Team (432), as there is a third lockout in a row in the premier class of Grand aims for Prix motorcycle racing. With a maximum of 45 points from the final round, the team championship is still wide open.

After celebrating his fantastic MotoGP World Championship 2019 and his brother’s Moto2 World Championship at home in Cervera, Marc Marquez is still very motivated. The eight-time champion, who has never finished a MotoGP race from the podium at Valencia, has history on his side as he chases a twelfth win out of 19 races in 2019 as the opportunity to become the first rider in history in a single season scored over 400 points.

Jorge Lorenzo returns to the points for the third time since his injury at Assen and is determined to end the season with another positive result. The extremely constant lap times during the entire race in Malaysia were the biggest loss for the number 99 for the breakaway. In the scene of his 2015 World Cup in Valencia, Jorge Lorenzo has won four times.

The 27-lap Valencia GP starts on Sunday, November 17 at 2:00 p.m. local time. There is little time to rest after the race as testing for the 2020 MotoGP season begins on Tuesday at the Valencia circuit.
